Mr. David C. Murray, Executive Vice President of Elite Protection Services was pleased to announce that on December 13, 2000 Elite Protection Services, Inc. was purchased by Security Services of America. Murray stated, "This is a giant step forward for Elite, moving us from a South Florida company to a company with nation wide resources. Leonard Miller, the Vice President of Operations and I look forward to working with Mr. James Stevens and Mr. Steve Frost the President and Vice President of Security Services of America."
Mr. Miller stated that. "We are proud to be a member of the SSA Team and are extremely happy to have the backing of the 10th largest security company in America.
Elite will continue to do business under the Elite name with Murray running the company and Miller being second in command. We look forward to many innovative ideas and resources that only a company such as SSA can bring to the table.
